1. Definitions
“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing products or services from Printify SA.
“Products” means all items available for purchase, including but not limited to customized print-on-demand
merchandise. “Order” means a request by you to purchase Products via our website, marketplace, or sales
channels.

2. Orders and Acceptance
All Orders placed are subject to availability, acceptance, and confirmation by Printify SA. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where: product information has
been misrepresented due to error; payment has not been received or verified; fraud or unauthorized activity is
suspected. An Order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation or invoice from us.

3. Products and Customization
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary in color, size, or
appearance. Customized or print-on-demand Products are created based on information and designs you provide.
You are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of text, images, and design submissions. Printify SA is not liable
for errors in customized Products arising from incorrect details provided by you.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, Orders already placed will not be affected by
subsequent changes. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the Order using the payment methods
we accept. PAYMENT
All prices and amounts given on printifysa products are in Rands, unless otherwise noted.
If a customer purchases any products or services at printifysa, the customer agrees to fully pay for all charges, including taxes and
shipping/handling fees, by credit card or with an approved payment method BEFORE we complete an order. We will not start working on a
print job until we have received the full payment.
Once a print job has been approved by the customer, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing
turnaround time. After a print job has been sent to our pre press department, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of
that print job along with applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Printify SA will not be liable for delays caused by
third-party couriers, customs, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or
damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our Products, all sales are final unless: the Product is defective or damaged upon
delivery; the Product received is incorrect compared to your Order confirmation. Claims for defective, damaged, or
incorrect Products must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. If eligible, Printify SA will, at its discretion,
provide a replacement or issue a refund. Order cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our website, logos, content, and Products remain the property of Printify SA. By
submitting designs, logos, or artwork for customization, you represent and warrant that you have full rights to use
such material. You agree to indemnify Printify SA against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from
infringement of third-party rights due to materials you provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printify SA shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; variations in Product quality inherent to print-on-demand
processes. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product in question.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Printify SA collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal
Information Act (POPIA). By placing an Order, you consent to our use of your data for order fulfillment,
communication, and related purposes.
10. Force Majeure
Printify SA shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our
reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, strikes, or supply chain
disruptions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
12. Changes to Terms
Printify SA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version
of these Terms will always be available on our website and will apply to all Orders placed thereafter.
13.ORDER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Any jobs that have been approved and
/or or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the printing process, and no refund will be given.
(for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if
applicable.)
14.Job Cancellation & Printing Downgrade

A processing fee equal to 50% of the total order amount (minimum of R1000.00) will be charged for each job cancellation and printing
downgrade (downgrade in quantity, paper stock, and shipping) if it is requested BEFORE it is sent to the press. Once an order has been
sent to the press and/or work has been started, the job CANNOT be changed (job cancellation and printing downgrade not allowed) and
there will be NO REFUNDS. Jobs that are cancelled will be refunded as a credit on the account minus all losses and set up costs on
printifysa side.
15.Limit of Liability
Customers must notify printifysa within 3 business days of the date of delivery or date of pick-up of any defects discovered in the printed
product. A product manufactured by printifysa will only be rejected if the errors square meterage exceeds 3%, then only can 100% of the
product can be returned to printifysa at the customer’s expense within 15 days from the date of delivery or date or pick-up. If we accept
the claim as valid, printifysa will reprint the order and ship it back at no cost to the customer. Charges to rush print are non-refundable
printifysa assumes no liability beyond the price of your order.
Errors that we are not responsible for include, but are not limited to: Any spelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, bleed, orientation
/alignment, folding mistakes that are approved by the customer. We are not responsible for damaged fonts, wrong cuts, die lines, crop
marks, transparency, overprint, cracks on folds, or finished product size because these inconsistencies are inherent to the printing
process.
Each order placed through printifysa is a contract between the customer making the order and printifysa. The fact that you have made an
order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to printifysa. Any decision by a third party not to accept printed items or to
cancel the order with you does not affect your liability to printifysa.
Refunds will all be left as a credit under the account holders name for future orders.
Any Monies mistakenly deposited into our account will not be eligible for refund, it will be left as a credit on the account of the relevant
customer for usage on future orders, minus a 20% surcharge.

18.Marketing Promotions and Discounts
Please Note: All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. No adjustments will be made after an order is placed.
Check our home page for updated online prices. Special Offers are not valid for previous purchases before the promotion start date or
after the promotion expiration date. Our promotions apply to printing charges only. Custom quotes, mailing postage, shipping charges
and sales tax, etc. are excluded from our discounted offers. Multiple promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time on printing orders begins once full payment has been received for your order, AND your print-ready files have been
uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing
